  • We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy on all orders
  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund
  • After 30 days, we are unable to accept return or refund requests
  • Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Items must not be damaged, altered, or washed
  • Proof of purchase such as your order confirmation email is required
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for returns

3. How to Request a Return

  • Include your order number in the subject line of your email
  • Briefly describe the reason for your return
  • Our support team will respond within 24 to 48 hours with return instructions
  • Do not send items back without first receiving return instructions from us

4. Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please include clear photos of the damage or defect in your email
  • We will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost
  • You will not be required to return damaged or defective items in most cases

6. Wrong Item Received

  • If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and a photo of the item you received
  • We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no extra cost
  • You will not be charged for any additional shipping in this case

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, used, or washed
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items purchased during a final sale or marked as non-returnable
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care by the customer
  • Gift cards and vouchers

8. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges
  • If you would like a different size, colour, or style, please return your original item for a refund
  • Once your refund is processed, you are welcome to place a new order

9. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return
  • KYNEX is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
