- You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund
- After 30 days, we are unable to accept return or refund requests

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Items must not be damaged, altered, or washed
- Proof of purchase such as your order confirmation email is required
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for returns
3. How to Request a Return

- Items that have been worn, used, or washed
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items purchased during a final sale or marked as non-returnable
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care by the customer
- Gift cards and vouchers
8. Exchange Policy
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges
- If you would like a different size, colour, or style, please return your original item for a refund
- Once your refund is processed, you are welcome to place a new order
