KYNEX Shipping Policy Effective Date: March 2026 | Last Updated: March 2026 This shipping policy applies to all orders placed with KYNEX and delivered within the United Kingdom.


1. Free Shipping

  • We offer completely free shipping on all orders
  • No minimum order value required
  • Free shipping applies to all products across all categories
  • No discount codes or vouchers needed — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • All orders are delivered within 6 to 12 business days
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays
  • Delivery times begin from the date your order is confirmed and dispatched
  • During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or sale events, delivery may take slightly longer

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed
  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next business day
  • Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order

4. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom
  • This includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland
  • We do not currently offer international shipping outside the UK

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email
  • Your tracking number and tracking link will be included in the confirmation email
  • You can use the tracking link to monitor your delivery status at any time
  • If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us

6. Delivery Issues

  • If your order has not arrived within 12 business days, please contact us immediately
  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours
  • If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 days
  • We will investigate and resolve all delivery issues as quickly as possible

7. Incorrect Address

  • Please double check your delivery address before completing your order
  • KYNEX is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • If you have made an error in your address, contact us immediately at kynexsupport@gmail.com
  • We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a delivery notification
  • You may be asked to collect your parcel from a local delivery depot or post office
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery
